INGREDIENTS:
- 10 oz of almond milk
- ½ ripe banana
- 2 scoops of Satiety Now Natural Meal Replacement
- 1 spoonful of peanut butter (about 1 Tbsp)
- A handful of fresh spinach
- Ice (optional)
HOW TO MAKE

Add all ingredients into a blender: almond milk, banana, 2 scoops of Satiety Now Natural Meal Replacement Shake, peanut butter, and spinach (and ice, if you like).
