Protein Punch

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 oz of almond milk
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 2 scoops of Satiety Now Natural Meal Replacement 
  • 1 spoonful of peanut butter (about 1 Tbsp)
  • A handful of fresh spinach
  • Ice (optional)

 

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender: almond milk, banana, 2 scoops of Satiety Now Natural Meal Replacement Shake, peanut butter, and spinach (and ice, if you like).

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing, protein-rich green smoothie.
