María's Blend

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups of oat milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 50 gr Satiety Now Natural Meal Replacement 
  • 1 Tbsp. of peanut butter powder
  • 1 Tbsp. of a mix of flax seed, chia, hemp (could be optional)
  • 2 cups of frozen mixed berries

 

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender: 2 cups of oat milk, 1 cup of water, 50 g of Satiety Now Natural Meal Replacement Shake, 1 Tbsp of peanut butter powder, 1 Tbsp of a mix of flax seed, chia, and hemp (optional), and 2 cups of frozen mixed berries.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. María blends everything together in a Vitamix or Nutri Bullet.

  3. Serve immediately and enjoy a delicious, nutrient-packed smoothie that helps keep you full for hours.
