Hi! I want to share my morning smoothie recipe. I like to keep it simple yet nourishing. With this straightforward but powerful blend, I’m not only replacing a potentially high-calorie meal with a healthy smoothie that helps me stay full for longer, but also boosting it with the amazing — and delicious — antioxidants found in blueberries.

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 to 10 oz of soy milk
  • Frozen blueberries (around 100 g)
  • 2 scoops of Satiety Now Natural Meal Replacement 

 

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender: soy milk, blueberries, and 2 scoops of Satiety Now Natural Meal Replacement Shake (add ice if you prefer an even colder, thicker smoothie).

  2. Blend until the texture is silky and well combined.
