Banana Bread Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy, oat, coconut, almond, soy)
  • 2 scoop Satiety Now Natural Meal Replacement 
  • 1 ripe banana 
  • 1 Tbsp. tahini
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup 
  • Pinch of cinnamon 
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice

 

HOW TO MAKE
